Materials & Care
100% Organic Cotton, hand crafted in Peru.
Wash your knitwear carefully by either hand-washing or machine washing using a cold, gentle knitwear cycle and wool-approved detergent. Avoid unnecessary washing, which can affect a garment's longevity. To dry knitwear, roll out excess water using a towel and dry flat on a rack away from heat.
Shipping
We dispatch from both the UK and Ecuador. For certain styles, including our Amano star cardigans, orders are shipped directly from Ecuador using trusted couriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Delivery typically takes 5–10 days to the USA and other international destinations.
For orders shipped from the UK, including our cotton range, we use Royal Mail Tracked services. UK Standard Delivery takes 3–5 working days, while UK Express Delivery arrives within 1–2 working days. International delivery from the UK typically takes 5–10 days from dispatch.
