WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Your order will be shipped within two or three days of amano receiving it. If you are based in the USA then you will be shipped directly from Ecuador. The rest of the world will be shipped from the UK.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH A PRE-ORDER?
When we are very busy, we will take orders when we don’t actually have the stock and our knitters will fill the orders. Sometimes depending on the season it can take 6 weeks, and sometimes a lot quicker, but by pre-ordering you are guaranteed to get the style in question.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
In the USA we will give you an address in the USA to return the item to when you contact us. In the rest of the world you will need to return the item back to us here in the UK.

CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE, COLOUR OR STYLE?
If you receive the order and want to exchange for another style or size that will be no problem just speak to us via email, messenger, or call us.
WHERE IS MY REFUND ?
Once we receive your return we will process this and credit any card for the purchase. If it hasn’t appeared after 10 days then please contact us and we will find out what has happened.
