To care for your knitwear, we recommend hand washing or using a cold, gentle knitwear cycle with a wool approved detergent. Avoid unnecessary washing to help preserve the fibres and extend the life of the garment. After washing, gently remove excess water by rolling in a towel and dry flat away from direct heat.

We dispatch from both the UK and Ecuador. For certain styles (especially our Amano star cardigan styles), we ship directly from Ecuador using couriers like FedEx, DHL, or UPS, with delivery typically taking 5-10 days to the USA and the rest of the world.

For orders shipped from the UK (especially our new cotton range), we use Royal Mail for UK Standard Tracked Delivery (3-5 days, free over £100) and UK Express Delivery (1-2 working days). For USA and the rest of the world delivery will be 5 - 10 days from placement of the order. You'll receive email updates so you can track your order.
